Learned appointed Advocate for the respondent submits that this writ petition is not maintainable because specific remedy is available under Section 29 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 3.

After arguing the matter for some time, the learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding against the impugned order.
