This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing learned Counsel for the applicant for some time and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file after six months.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application.

Considering the pendency before the learned Sessions Court, such liberty cannot be granted. At the most, it can be directed that the learned Sessions Court shall expedite the trial and liberty is granted to the applicant to file an application, if the trial is not
