DATE : AUGUST 25, 2016 Heard Advocate Shri A. M. Sudame for petitioner, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Advocate Shri P. B. Patil for respondent No.4 It appears that Dr Smt. Y. P. Hadke, an employee junior to the petitioner was drawing wages at Rs.47780/- as on 01/07/2011. At that juncture the petitioner was fixed at Rs.50,600/-. Because of additional increment released in favour of Smt. Y. P. Hadke as per order dated 06/07/2011, she was fixed at Rs.52760/- i.e. above the petitioner. Therefore this petition has been filed for extending the benefit of stepping up of his salary.
We find that controversy is answered by orders dated 05/08/2015 in W.P.No.3567/2016 as also orders dated 27/01/2014 in W.P. No.4628/2013 and orders dated 08/07/2014 in W.P. No.953/2014.
2/3 In view of this, it is apparent that salary of the petitioner is also needs to be stepped up at par with Smt. Y. P. Hadke from the date of which the benefit is released to her.
Accordingly, with direction to the respondents to remove anomaly by stepping up the wages of petitioner within period of four months from today, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
