O R D E R

(Dated : 3/3/2024) 1.

The Appellant has tendered Form "N" along with joint Pursis dated 3.3.2024.

The First Appeal stands disposed of as settled in terms of Form "N". It is informed that the appellant has already deposited the entire amount along with interest in the Registry of this Court. 3.

The Respondent Nos.1 to 4 shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation Rs.40,42,296/-along with accrued interest. The amount of Rs.40,42,296/- along with accrued interest be transferred to M.A.C.T. Akola in M.A.C.P. No.113/2016.

The amount of Rs.50,000/- be refunded to appellant insurance company.

5.

The court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant as per Rule. 6.

Filing of a separate petition does not require for withdrawal of amount as per this order/award.

7.

A copy of this order be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties free of costs.
