DATE : 16.01.2017 Shri Vaidya, the learned Counsel holding for Shri Parchure, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the cause for filing the writ petition would not survive in view of the subsequent development. It is stated that the matter between the parties is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the parties would be governed by the final order in the said matter. It is stated that the writ petition may be disposed of in view of the aforesaid.

Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. Rule stands discharged.
