DATED : SEPTEMBER 26, 2018 This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal. The delay is of 276 days. Notices on this application were issued. In pursuance to that, Mr. Moharil, Advocate appears for non applicant nos.1 to 5.-original claimants. Though non applicant nos.6 and 7 are served, nobody appears for and on their behalf.

Though, application for condonation of delay is strongly opposed by the learned counsel for the original claimants, after hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and after having perused the application, I am satisfied that the applicant-insurance company has made out a case for condonation of delay. Consequently, the application is allowed. Delay caused in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned. The application is disposed of.
