Learned APP has informed that though Divisional Level Police Complaints Authority has been appointed, in terms of Section 22(S) of the Maharashtra Police Act (for short, "Act") however, it is not functioning due to absence of appointed members.

In view of the above, we direct the State Police Complaints Authority to entertain and decide the petitioner's complaint dated 20.03.2023, as per Section 22(Q) of the Act. 4.
