The petitioners have been denied validity of belonging to Raj Scheduled Tribe on account of the impugned decision 29.2.2024 (p25). In WP 5564/16 and connected matters decided on 7.9.2023 (p220), Ravindra, the father of the petitioners, has been granted validity by this Court. The claim of the petitioners would therefore, be covered by what has been held in the aforesaid judgment in view of which the impugned decision dated 29.2.2024 is hereby quashed and set aside and the respondent is directed to grant validity to the petitioners of belonging to Raj Scheduled Tribe. The same shall be done within a period of four weeks from today. The petition is accordingly allowed in the above terms. Rule made absolute.
