In view of order dated 13.02.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench headed by Justice Avinash G. Gharote in Writ Petition No.7473/2024 (Rutuja d/o Ravindra Kelkar vs. Scheduled Tribe Caste Scrutiny Committee, Yavatmal), we deem it appropriate to set aside the order dated 29.02.2024 passed by the respondent Committee, as the blood relation of the petitioner viz. her cousin - Rutuja has been already granted the validity.

As such we direct the respondent-Committee to grant validity to the petitioner based on the judgment of this Court in Apoorva Nichale vs. Divisional Caste Scrutiny Committee reported in [2010 6 Mh.L.J. 401] .

Let the validity certificate be issued to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of . No costs.
