Mr. Agrawal, counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 4 and 5, on instructions, submits that the aided post (now advertised) to which the petitioner's services are sought to be transferred from the post occupied by the petitioner pursuant to an appointment order dated 02.08.2013, shall not be filled in.
