The learned counsel Shri Sheikh Shahabuddin who appears on behalf of Shri C.S. Dhore, the learned counsel for appellant states that he has no instructions. This appeal is of the year 2013.

This Court vide order dated 3.6.2019 directed that if the private paper book is not filed within four weeks, the appellant shall deposit cost of Rs. 2,000/- with the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.

The private paper book is not filed nor is the cost paid.

The appeal is dismissed with cost of Rs. 10,000/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Association, in exercise of inherent powers.
