Shri Shantanu Khedkar, learned counsel for the applicants/ petitioners, Mrs. M.R. Chandurkar, learned counsel for respondent No 1 and Shri N.R. Patil, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 2 & 3.

The prayer is to allow the amendment.

The additional challenge is sought to be added after receipt of reply affidavit by Respondent Nos. 2 & 3. The learned AGP and Mrs. Chandurkar, learned counsel for the respective respondents are seeking time to verify the details of proposed amendment.

As the writ petition is yet to be admitted, we grant the civil application. The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Liberty to the respondents to file their reply/ additional affidavit, if any, within a further period of two weeks thereafter.
