This petition is filed in August 2010 seeking a direction that the institution managed by the petitioner should not be excluded from the admission process for the year 2010-2011.

While issuing Rule, this Court granted interim relief subject to the condition that the petitioner shall take steps to appoint the Principal within six months. 5.

In view of the interim relief granted, the exclusion of the petitioner institution from the admission process was stayed.

It is obvious that there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner since nothing really survives in the petition.
