The learned counsel for the applicant had suffered the brain stroke and therefore, he could not inform his client about dismissal, due to which the delay has caused.

After going through the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is shown by the applicant for condonation of delay.

Considering the reason given in the application, criminal application is allowed. The delay of 30 days in preferring the appeal is condoned.

The Office is directed to register the Appeal and place the same for admission.
