Direction dated 16.4.2016 in Writ Petition No. 47/2016 obliged Zilla Parishad to consider posting of petitioner from Dharani to Panchayat Samiti, Achalpur or Panchayat Samiti, Chandur Bazar. Today, order dated 5.6.2017 has been produced by Zilla Parishad pointing out that petitioner has been brought back to Panchayat Samiti Chandur Bazar at Kurha Center.

The copy of order is served upon counsel for petitioner in Court. It is taken on record as Exh. X.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner should have been brought back to Tondgaon Center.
