Only prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious consideration of the petitioner's tribe claim of belonging to 'Mana' Scheduled Tribe. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that second report of the Vigilance Cell has been received by the petitioner and a reply to the same is also being filed. Since the petitioner desires to pursue higher education, he is in need of such validity certificate. It is pointed out that the petitioner's brother has been issued a validity certificate pursuant to the order passed in Writ Petition No. 4767 of 2018 (Akshay s/o Madhukar Chaudhari vs. The Vice-Chairman/Member Secretary, Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati and others) dated 02.08.2018. 3.

Ms N. P. Mehta, learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the next date of the proceedings before the Scrutiny Committee is fixed on 05.07.2013. Within a period of one month from that date subject to petitioner's co-operation, the claim would be decided.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's tribe claim within a period of one month from 05.07.2023. 5.
