The learned A.G.P. submits that the salary arrears upto May, 2017 are already cleared. Salary for the month of June, 2017 is already processed and amount will be released to respective petitioners within few days.

In so far as salary claim for the month of July, 2017 is concerned, according to him, it is under scrutiny and the amount will be paid after the bill is received from Headmaster of respondent no.6 institute.

Communication sent by Superintendent, Pay and Provident Fund Unit to office of Government Pleader on 8.8.2017 is taken on record as Exh. 'X'. Its copy is also served upon the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

We, therefore, direct the respondent no.6 to submit salary bill of petitioners for the month of July, 2017 within one week from today.

8.8WP.3939.17 Subject to this, as the grievance is mostly redressed, we dispose of the Writ Petition. No costs.
