As there are disputed question of facts involved in this writ petition and on expressing that this Court does not want to enter into it, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file the appropriate proceedings as available under the law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 16th September, 2022 to continue for another three weeks to enable the petitioner to file the appropriate proceedings.

It is made clear that after the lapse of three weeks, the interim relief shall stand automatically vacated.
