An innocuous prayer is made that the direction be given to the respondent - Joint Director of Higher Education, Nagpur to approve the pay fixation of respondent no. 8 as an Assistant Professor. Other consequential prayers are also made.

Be that as it may, since the issue can already be decided by the respondent - Joint Director of Higher Education, we direct that the present petition be treated as a representation and same shall be decided, in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from the receipt of copy of this order and copy of the petition.

The decision taken be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce a copy of this order along with a copy
