Learned counsel Shri Chopde for the applicant submits that the applicant/appellant wanted to place on record certified copy of judgment and order passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Balapur in R.C.C. No. 137/2007 in compliance of the office objection, however, it came to the knowledge of the learned counsel that the record and proceedings is called by this Court while admitting the revision application by an order dated 27-1-2015 and as such, no record is available with the lower Court. Shri Chopde, learned counsel further submits that the applicant/appellant himself had been to the trial Court i.e. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Balapur for seeking information and it was informed to him that the record is forwarded to this Court in compliance of the order dated 27-1-2015. In view of these submissions, learned counsel Shri Chopde pray for .....2/-

He further submits that copy of judgment and order is already placed on record and prays for dispensing with the filing of certified copy. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of its prayer.
