It is common ground that the amount seized in the crime i.e. Rs.13,04,450/- be deposited in the bank. When rights of the respective parties will be crystallized in the trial, the amount be handed over to the rightful owner decided by the trial Court.

In view of above, the learned trial Court to invest the amount seized in the crime in any nationalized bank initially for a period of six months, and thereafter for a period to be fixed by the trial Court depending on the stage of the trial. 4.

The trial Court shall dispose of the said trial as early as possible preferably within six months from today. 5.

In above said terms, the writ petition stands disposed of. JUDGE Wagh
