13) seeks transfer of CL-III License No.161 (Ratnagiri) to the place proposed Mouza Bhojapur (Silli), Tah. Kuhi, Dist. Nagpur. By the reply dated 13/12/2022, on behalf of the respondents it has been stated that the application has already been decided

2 75-cp-219-2022.odt on 07/12/2022, by rejecting the proposal of transfer. We, therefore, do not see any reason to continue to keep the present petition pending in view of the above statement. The petition is, therefore, dismissed. Notice is discharged. No costs.
