DATE : 27-11-2024 Though while issuing Rule on 11-10-2021, the interim order dated 02-4-2019 not to file charge sheet was continued. Mr. A.R. Fule, learned Counsel for the applicant contends that charge-sheet be permitted to be filed on record. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is over and the request of Mr. A.R. Fule, learned Counsel can be conceded to accept, and accordingly we modify the interim order and permit the charge-sheet to be filed.

Criminal Application No.1094/2024 is accordingly disposed of in terms of prayer clause (i).
