The matter is sub judice in which the petitioner has challenged the charge-sheet dated 06/03/2017 on the ground that the preliminary as well as final departmental enquiries both were vitiated on account of ignorance of the principles of natural justice and therefore, we are of the considered view that in a sub judice matter, a communication like the one dated 02/09/2021 ought not to have been issued by the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Akola.

In view of above, the communication, dated 02/09/2021, is stayed, till final disposal of the petition.
