Intervenor Lalitkumar S/o Shri Purushottamdas Mohta seeks redemption amount of mortgage by scaling down the liability. He has pointed out mortgage of Mohta House and Marble House.

Mohta House is already auctioned and Official Liquidator has made a statement that he is not proceeding against Marble House. As such, prayers are rendered infructuous. Application is therefore disposed of. JUDGE asmita
