DATE : DECEMBER 7, 2016 The matter has now amicably resolved. In the audit, it was found that an amount of Rs.4,000/- was outstanding against the petitioner, which amount has now been paid by the petitioner to the management. In the meanwhile, respondent nos. 4 and 5 has handed over the service book of the petitioner to his counsel.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains for adjudication in the matter. The writ petition stands disposed of. The amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) deposited by respondent nos. 4 and 5 is permitted to be withdrawn by them.
