DATE : July 22, 2022 Considering the nature of dispute which is sought to be resolved in the writ petition, after arguing for some time the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy. He however submits that some time be granted to avail that remedy since period of only seven days has been granted by the impugned notice.

In these facts liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. The notice dated 14/07/2022 shall remain stayed for a period of fifteen days from today. It shall come into effect on expiry of fifteen days. With these observations, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn. No costs.
