O R D E R

(Passed on 30/04/2023) This matter was earlier listed before Lokadalat and joint pursis was filed. However, in view of the order passed on 12/03/2022, it needs some clarification. Accordingly, Counsel for appellant filed application for clarification and matter is listed today for settlement. It is made clear that the matter is settled as per terms of compromise in Lokadalat dated 12/03/2022. It is made clear by this application that Insurance Company will pay additional amount of Rs.75,00s0/-, above amount of award to the surviving respondent. Said settlement terms are made finalized with clarification in paragraph No.2 of this application which is reproduced as under:

"The appellant has already deposited the tribunal award amount of Rs.2,81,500/- along with interest at the time of filing of appeal and the said amount is lying before the Nazir of this Court. It is submitted that the respondent No.2 is entitled for the amount of Rs.2,81,500/- along with interest from deposited the amount in this Court till payment and also entitled for the additional amount of Rs.75,000/-" Award be passed accordingly.
