The learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal has given sound and cogent reasons while dismissing Original Application filed by the present petitioner challenging his transfer.

We find no error in law in the view taken by the learned Tribunal warranting interference in the extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Writ Petition is hence rejected.
