Before issuance of notice to the respondents, the petition is dismissed as registration is refused for not removing office objections. Considering the facts of the case, the delay of 19 days in filing the application praying for restoration of petition is condoned and the order passed by the learned Registrar (J.) on 2nd May, 2016 is set aside and the writ petition is restored. The civil applications are allowed accordingly.

WRIT PETITION STAMP NO.6467/2016 If the office objections are not removed within four weeks, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to Court with costs of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner with the Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, High Court, Nagpur.
