Heard the learned counsel for the respondent No.1/claimant. State appears to be formal party. 2.

The application is filed by the respondent No.1/claimant for withdrawal of entire balance amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon. 3.

Admittedly, under order dated 15.06.2021, the appeal filed by the acquiring body has been dismissed for want of filing paper book. Thereafter, the acquiring body did not care to restore the appeal. The record further shows that the appellant/acquiring body has deposited Rs.12,63,668/- towards the amount of compensation as per order dated 17.03.2017 out of which the respondent No.1/claimant has already withdrawn the amount of Rs.10,00,000/-.

As such, on dismissal of appeal, the respondent No.1/claimant is permitted to withdraw the balance amount of compensation along with interest till date. 5.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
