In this application concerning registration of offences under Sections 276(2)(N), 417, 506 of the IPC against the applicant, this Court on 04.07.2018 had granted temporary bail to the applicant as it was contended that the applicant and the complainant desire to get married.

Thereafter, it was contended before this Court that the applicant and the complainant did indeed get married and the application was repeatedly adjourned for producing marriage registration certificate. Thereafter, the said document was placed on record before this Court, but after this Court gave direction for both the applicant and the complainant to remain present before this Court, despite the application being adjourned from time to time, neither the applicant nor the complainant has remained present before this Court. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant

BA586-18.odt submitted that even today the applicant is not present before this Court.

In these circumstances, the present application is dismissed.
