The applicant is in custody since 04.06.2018 in Crime 126/2018 registered with the Police Sation Sakkardara, Nagpur for offence punishable under sections 376(2)(N), 420, 294, 323, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complaint is lodged by the victim on 03.06.2018 alleging that the son of the applicant promise to marry the victim and established sexual relationship. Perusal of the first information report reveals that there is absolutely no material against the present applicant to connect her with the crime. The only accusation in the report against the applicant is that she did not allow her son to marry the victim - prosecutrix. The application is allowed.

In the event of arrest in Crime 126/2018 the applicant be released on bail on her furnishing a personal

The applicant shall not influence the witnesses, directly or indirectly. The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall attend the Police Station Sakkardara, Nagpur as and when required by the I.O. The application is disposed of accordingly.
