Heard Shri Saboo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Wankhede, learned counsel for respondent No.1.

The caste claim of the petitioner is pending and Respondent No. 2 - Committee is considering it. This Court has already protected the employment of the petitioner on 31.07.2013.

We direct the petitioner to appear before Respondent No. 2 on 06.04.2015 and to abide by its further instructions in the matter. The Committee shall attempt to complete the verification in accordance with law within a period of next one year. Interim orders granted by this Court on 31.07.2013 to continue and shall be subject to it. The prayer of the petitioner for protection and other arguments are kept open and can be looked into thereafter, if occasion therefor arises. Writ Petition is partly allowed and disposed of. No order as to costs.
