DATED : 17-11-2021 I was not inclined to grant bail. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Sangram Sirpurkar submits that instead of rendering an elaborate order, the application be dismissed as withdrawn.

However, it is further submitted that considering that all the accused are in jail and the mandate of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act is an early trial, the learned trial Judge be requested to proceed with the trial immediately. The submission is reasonable.

While the application is dismissed as withdrawn, the learned trial Judge is requested to frame the charge immediately, if not already framed, and to proceed with

2 ba 968.2021 the trial as expeditiously as is possible. The trial Court shall endevour to conclude the trial within six months from the date of framing the charge.
