On 08.11.2019, this Court had passed following order :- "None for the parties. The present petition is filed against the interim order passed by the Labour Court at Nagpur. While issuing notice on 17.10.2019, for final disposal no interim order was passed by this Court.

In view of the above, this petition is kept for final disposal on 15.11.2019.

It is made clear that if there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition will be taken up for consideration and disposed of."

Even today when the writ petition is called out for hearing, none has appeared for the parties. As noted in the order dated 08.11.2019, the present writ petition challenges interim order passed by Labour Court at Nagpur. It appears that neither the petitioner is interested in pursuing the writ petition, nor is the respondent interested in contesting the same. 3.

Hence, writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
