Heard Advocate Shri M.P.Khajanchi for the petitioner, A.G.P. Shri P.S.Tembhre for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Advocate Shri N.S.Khubalkar for the respondent N.5. 2.

Our attention has been invited to Maharashtra Ordinance No.XVII of 2018. That Ordinance introduces Section 4C in Act No.XXIII of 2001. As per this amended provision, the students possessing Caste Certificate are enabled to seek provisional admission in absence of validity after fulfilling the procedure stipulated therein. 3.

In these circumstances, it is apparent that the petitioner before this Court is entitled to benefit of this Ordinance in on going admission process.

Hence, grievance of the petitioner does not survive. The petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Steno copy granted.
