(2) Husband of the applicant Pramod unfortunately committed suicide on 02.09.2020 and his father lodged a report 15 days after the death alleging that applicant harassed Pramod and drove him to take extreme step. Crime 1205/2020 is registered with the Police Station, Mangrulpir for offence punishable under Section 306 of the IPC.

(3) I have perused the case diary.

(4) I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for confirm the interim pre arrest protection. It is extremely doubtful whether the material makes out a case of instigation. This of course is a prima facie observation. That apart, custodial interrogation is not necessary. The interim protection granted vide order dated 12.11.2020 is made absolute.
