O R D E R

(DATED :- SEPTEMBER 8, 2018) This appeal was not on the board of National Lok Adalat held today. At the request of both the parties, the appeal is taken on board. Appellant with its counsel Shri A. Paunikar and respondent nos. 1 and 2 with their counsel Shri A. Hussain are present. Both the parties have settled the claim before National Lok Adalat held on today as per the compromise memo. Compromise verified and found to be correct.

The amount due shall be deposited in the High Court within a period of 60 days from the date of this order. In case of default, the appellant shall pay interest @ 9% per annum from the date of default till realisation. Award be drawn up in terms of compromise. Appeal stands disposed of.
