Criminal Application (APPP) No.1100/2024 is filed on behalf of the Investigating Officer permitting him to file charge-sheet. In view of the order passed on 11.08.2020 the Investigating Officer was restrained from filing charge-sheet against the applicants.

In view of the fact that now the investigation is over, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file chargesheet within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the charge-sheet be given to the applicants within a period of one week thereafter. After receipt of the copy of the charge-sheet, if advised, the applicants may carry out amendment to the application on or before 19.08.2024. Copy of the amended application and the copy of the charge-sheet be filed on record for the purpose of Court as well as be given to the non-applicants.

Criminal application stands disposed of.
