Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the present application, the investigating officer has filed the charge-sheet. In that view of the matter, he submits that permission be granted to withdraw the present application in order to file application afresh before the trial Court. Permission granted.

Criminal Application No.494/2015 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file bail application afresh before the trial Court in view of subsequent filing of the charge-sheet.
