We find that the purpose of this petition would be served if suitable directions are issued to Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 for taking appropriate decision in the matter. 3.

Accordingly, we direct the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to decide the application of the petitioner making a request for allowing burials on the defence land, provided it is permissible in law.
