Dated : 23 rd October, 2018 We are informed that the petitioner has been issued show cause notice for penalty on 20-10-2018. The petitioner has not yet received it. We, therefore, permit the petitioner to approach the office of Sub-Divisional Officer, Arvi, District Wardha, on 25-10-2018 and collect the additional copy of show cause notice. The petitioner can file reply within a period of two weeks and then within further period of one month, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the appropriate order be passed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by such order, he shall be at liberty to file an appeal.

With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
