The petitioner No. 1 is a College whilst petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 are students. Petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 took admission in Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery Course in petitioner No. 1 College prior to October 2019. The petitioners are claiming interim relief that they be permitted to appear for first year examination which is scheduled

Two questions are involved that according to respondents, petitioners' admission are not approved as they have not scored minimum qualifying marks as per Notification. The learned counsel for petitioners submitted that as per revised norms two of the petitioners have qualified in the NEET. The respondents have to respond on said issue.

Issue notice returnable on 23.11.2020.

Learned Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent No.1. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 waive service of notice. 7.

Since the examination is scheduled on 24.11.2020, in any case reply should be filed on 23.11.2020 and copy in advance be sent to the petitioner prior to that.
