The petitioner, who is a student, is claiming to be belonging to "Thakur" Scheduled Tribe and the prayer for issuance of validity is informed to be pending with the Committee i.e. respondent No.1 - Scheduled Tribes Scrutiny Committee, Amravati since last more than one years. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the claim of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of four weeks from today.

We permit the petitioner to appear before the Committee i.e. respondent No.1 on 23.06.2025. 5.
