The sole petitioner in the present petition has died. Civil Application No. 2080/2017 is taken out for bringing legal heirs of the deceased-Petitioner on record. Since there is a delay in taking out the application, the companion civil application, namely, Civil Application No. 2079/2017, is taken out for condonation of that delay.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned and the legal representatives described in paragraph No.2 of the Civil Application No. 2080/2017 are directed to be brought on record as the Petitioners in place of the original deceased-Petitioner.

Both civil applications are disposed of accordingly. Judge Gohane
