Considering the facts of the case and after perusing the judgment of the Reference Court the claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited on filing usual undertaking. The remaining amount of compensation is permitted to be withdrawn subject to furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) Civil application disposed of.
