By this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandrapur, cancelling the bail granted to the present appellant.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant to some extent, perused the record and I have shown my disinclination and not to interfere with the said order. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file afresh before the trial Court after material evidence recorded in Crime No. 84/2024 registered with Ramnagar Police Station, District Chandrapur.

Permission is granted to withdraw the appeal with liberty as prayed for. The criminal appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
