Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the original petition came to be dismissed for non removal of office objection. According to him, notice to the respondents be dispensed with as no notice was issued to the original respondents in the petition. Hence, notice to the respondents of this application stands dispensed with. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application same stands allowed. The Writ Petition Stamp No.25188/2024 stands restored.

Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove office objections within a period of two weeks. 4.
