By this application, respondent no.1 seeks permission to withdraw the balance compensation amount which is lying to the registry of this court.

The learned counsel for the appellant has pointed out that by order dated 15.9.2017 appellant was already permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount. It is also pointed out that the respondent no.1 has earlier moved Civil Application No.3341/2023. On that application, this court by recording the fact that 75% amount has already been withdrawn, directed the office to list the matter for final disposal. 3.

In view of this factual position, Civil Application for withdrawal of 25 % of compensation amount is hereby rejected. 4.

The office is directed to list the matter for final disposal as per its turn.
